Dear Parents,

It was great seeing so many of you at the Welcome Party. We hope you and your children had a good time, enjoyed the great food, and made some new friends along the way!

The month of October is going to be filled with different activities and celebrations, so get ready! It all starts when Fire Station #8 visits our school (Date TBD). Children will have a chance to see a real fire truck/fire engine, learn about fire prevention, as well as listen to the firefighters as they talk about what their job is really like. We also have scheduled a visit to San Diego Zoo on October 18th, where your children will learn about different animals and have a day filled with fun! On October we also commemorate the United Nations Day and will celebrate it with a special activity. Then we will wrap this busy month celebrating Halloween with a spooktacular party on Monday, October 31st. Additional information and/or details for each event will be available soon.
